Price Policy

1. Article Processing Charges (APCs):

• Regular Publication: The journal does not charge any APCs. Publishing is completely free of charge.
• Special Issues: Special issues (e.g., conference outputs) may be subject to an APC to cover operational and editorial costs; if applicable, the exact amount will be stated in that issue's "Call for Papers".

2. Submission Charges: There are no submission fees. The submission process is entirely free.

3. Waiver Policy: Since the journal does not charge any fees for regular publication, a waiver policy is not applicable.
