Data Sharing Policy

ASNJ supports the principles of open science and encourages authors to share the data underlying their research in a publicly accessible, reliable repository (e.g., Zenodo, Mendeley Data) wherever possible.

Recommendations:

  • Authors should cite the datasets used in their manuscript with a DOI or persistent link.
  • Where data are not shared, authors should state the reason in the manuscript (e.g., confidentiality, third-party restrictions).
  • The editorial team may request access to raw data as part of the review process.

This policy does not impose a mandatory data deposit requirement but encourages transparency.
