Archiving Policy

1. Digital Preservation Policy — ASNJ is committed to the long-term preservation of its content:
PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN): All published articles are preserved in the PKP PN, a distributed dark archive built on LOCKSS technology. The journal's preservation status is verifiable through the Keepers Registry.
The journal also maintains an active LOCKSS publishing manifest, enabling participating libraries to harvest and preserve its content in their own LOCKSS networks.

2. Persistent Identifiers (DOI): A Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is assigned to each published article. The journal deposits metadata and full-text to Zenodo, ensuring every article is trackable, citable, and permanently accessible via a stable DOI.

3. Author Self-Archiving Policy: Authors retain copyright of their work and are permitted and encouraged to post their manuscripts on personal websites or institutional repositories before and after publication, with bibliographic details crediting this journal. Authors may archive the pre-print, post-print, and publisher's version/PDF under the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license. The entire archive of the journal, including issues published before 2025, is openly licensed on these terms.
