A Research in Karabuk Province on Production Planning in Leather Clothing Industry Enterprises

The most efficient use of limited resources in the production process will increase the profitability and so the value of the company. One of the tools that will enable the most efficient use of limited resources in the production process is well-planned production planning. In the study, literature was scanned, 25 questions were prepared to determine the application levels of production, raw materials and materials, quality control, workforce, financial planning activities in two different leather clothing enterprises operating in Karabuk, and answers were sought for these questions. The analysis, interpretation and suggestions of the data obtained through interviews in the enterprises were made.
