About the Journal
The International Journal of Applied Economic and Finance Studies (IJAEFS) is an international, open access journal publishing original research in applied economics and finance. The journal welcomes empirical and policy oriented work across macroeconomics and microeconomics, financial markets and banking, public finance, agricultural and energy economics, development economics, and applied econometrics. Methodological contributions are considered when they are motivated by a substantive applied question. All submissions
undergo double anonymous peer review. The journal publishes two issues per year through 2026. From 2027 it moves to a continuous publication model, releasing one volume per year with articles published online as soon as they are ready. No fees are charged to authors or readers.
