Organizasyonlar Tarafından Uygulanan İş-Yaşam Dengesi Programlarının Çalışanlara Etkisi

Öz

Organizasyonlar, çalışanların iş-yaşam dengelerinin zarar gördüğü ya da bozulduğu bazı yaşam evrelerinde, destekleyici programlarla bu dengeyi tekrar oluşturmada etkili rol oynayabilmektedirler. Organizasyonlar, uygulayacakları aile dostu politikalarla, çalışanların ailesel ihtiyaçlarını karşılamakta, iş eğitiminin devamını sağlamakta, sorun çözümünde çalışanların katılımını artırmakta ve böylelikle sosyal sorumluluklarını da yerine getirmektedir. İş-yaşam dengesizliğinin yüksek maliyetine katlanmamak ya da olumsuz etkileriyle mücadele edebilmek için  çeşitli iş-yaşam dengesi programları uygulanmaktadır. Çalışmada, İstanbul’da hizmet veren beş büyük özel hastanenin 329 çalışanının iş-yaşam dengesi programlarının uygulanışına yönelik görüşleri ve algıları belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Farklı başlıklar altında sunulan programların çoğunun uygulanmadığı, esnek çalışma saatleri, cafe-restoran hizmetleri, diğer sağlık kuruluşlarında indirim hizmetlerinin uygulandığı görülmüştür.
