EDUBA: Journal of Society, Labor and Politics Studies' editorial structure is designed to guarantee scientific quality, editorial independence, field expertise, publication ethics, and the sound conduct of peer review processes. The journal's publication processes are carried out through the editor-in-chief, associate editors, field editors, language editor, statistics/methods editor, technical editor, layout editor, secretariat, editorial board, advisory board, and peer review pool. Article acceptance, rejection, revision, and publication decisions are made in accordance with scientific criteria, the journal's aims and scope, publication ethics principles, peer reviews, and editorial evaluation processes. In EDUBA, editorial processes are conducted independently of the publishing institution. The publishing institution does not interfere with article acceptance, rejection, revision, or publication decisions.

EDUBA excludes purely technical engineering studies from its publication scope.
