Poland, which has cities with heavy air pollution problems, has made various commitments for the removal of inefficient and old coal mines, as it is also a member of the European Union. In Poland, where the support for coal and other fossil fuels has been gradually reduced, the application of compensation measures has been avoided, as these sectors have economic consequences for the broad segment of society. Still, despite ongoing commitments to the closure of coal mines and the abolition of fossil fuel subsidies, unemployment and poverty growth concerns as a result of these changes are obstacles to reforms. In this study we aim to examine subsidies and incentives given to fossil fuel sector and renewables in Poland. First, commitments and changes regarding coal mining, which is at the center of Poland's fossil fuel industry, will be included, and then state subsidies to energy as a whole will be examined within the scope of the study. One of the tools that will enable the most efficient use of limited resources in the production process is well-planned production planning. In the study, literature was scanned, 25 questions were prepared to determine the application levels of production, raw materials and materials, quality control, workforce, financial planning activities in two different leather clothing enterprises operating in Karabuk, and answers were sought for these questions. The analysis, interpretation and suggestions of the data obtained through interviews in the enterprises were made. It is known that the concept of trade openness has a positive impact on income, employment and consumption, as well as on economic growth. In addition to the relations with the macro-economic variables mentioned, the relationship between the concept of trade openness and inflation has also been frequently discussed in the literature. Although it is a segment that accepts that inflation rates will decrease as trade openness increases, the opposite view argues that inflation rates will increase as trade openness increases. In his study, Romer (1993) suggested that small and open economies would have lower inflation rates. The aim of this study is to demonstrate the effect of trade openness on inflation for BRICS-T countries and to test the Romer hypothesis. As a result of the LM Bootstrap panel cointegration test developed by Westerlund and Edgerton (2007) to determine long-term relationships, it was found that there was a long-term relationship. According to long-term coefficient estimates for the Panel, it was determined that trade openness would lead to a 26.3% decrease in inflation. The highest effect of trade openness on inflation is Russia, South Africa, China, Brazil, India and Turkey, respectively, according to the coefficient sizes. An error correction model has been estimated to determine the short-term relationship. The coefficient of the term error correction is negative and statistically significant, the model's error correction mechanism works. The short-term effect of the trade openness variable on inflation has been seen to be higher than in the long-term. These concepts, which are at the center of human life, have a multidimensional role in life. The chosen profession affects serious personal, social, economic and educational factors in the lives of individuals. Career adaptation has become one of the keys to providing commodity competencies in the context of rapidly evolving working conditions. This concept means the attitudes, competencies and behaviors that individuals use in order to achieve harmony in themselves and in jobs suitable for them. Another concept that stands out alongside adaptability skills to cope with the challenges of today's society is career optimism. This positive future orientation inherent in career optimism makes individuals feel confident when they reflect on career barriers and fulfill their career planning tasks. Accordingly, optimists are likely to show a willingness to respond to career barriers and overcome career barriers with confidence. It is of great importance to develop emotional intelligence skills in order to strengthen the process of adapting to the changes and developments that individuals will encounter throughout their careers. For this reason, it is thought that working on career adaptation and optimism and emotional intelligence skills in young adults will be beneficial in developing career adaptation skills to young adults who are preparing for their careers in today's rapidly changing world. The aim of this study is to reveal whether there is a significant difference for emotional intelligence, career adaptability and career optimism in terms of demographic characteristics for 578 students studying at various faculties of Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa. Models built on competitive and efficient market approaches indicate that financial openness will support economic growth by increasing the efficiency of capital allocation. Financial openness is the result of financial liberalization and indicates the degree of financial liberalization in a country. Financial openness indicates the financial interdependence of the world economies and is often expressed together with capital inflows and outflows. Financial openness helps investors utilize various financial instruments to mitigate and share risks while operating in international markets. This study examines the short and long term impacts of financial openness on economic growth of Turkey for the period from 2010.Q1 to 2020.Q4. Long-term relationship has been determined using Bayer and Hanck (2013) cointegration analysis. Based on this, financial openness has a 23.1% positive effect on increasing economic growth. The coefficient of the error correction term in the model is negative and statistically significant. The error correction mechanism of the model works. 39.3% of the short-term deviations between the series running together in the long term disappear and the series converge to the long-term equilibrium values. As a result, it has been determined that financial openness has a positive effect on economic growth for Turkey. Integrated marketing communication brings a different angle to marketing. This approach, in which the consumers are defined as customers and the consumers are at the center of all marketing plans, aims to mobilize the consumer behaviorally towards purchasing and to create customer loyalty. On the other hand, it also covers the process of managing and executing all sources of information about the product or service to which the consumer and prospective consumer are exposed. Integrated marketing communication, which has become the main target in business policies, is a key element that increases operational efficiency in companies through collaboration between experts, material coordination and the use of technology. The aim of this study is to determine the attitude levels of a leading brand that produces chips in the food industry for university students studying in Istanbul, towards integrated marketing communication activities, and to examine the differentiation of their attitudes towards this brand in terms of various variables. As a result of the analysis, for the chips brand considered, women, senior students with high income from the faculty of communication and economics value advertising and promotion, and increase the consumption of the product according to price and availability. The reason why Azerbaijan is preferred in the study is just  creation of the modern tax system of the Azerbaijan Republic, and consequently the limited number of empirical studies in the literature. The reason why Azerbaijan is studied not as a whole but limited to the Baku sample is that the Azerbaijani tax system has a structure that differs on a regional basis. In this context, specific to the Baku sample, an evaluation is made in the context of taxpayers' perceptions towards tax, which determines the relationship between the tax system and the tax payers. In the research process, a questionnaire form consisting of two parts: "demographic characteristics" and "tax-related evaluations" was used. The data were compiled by quota sampling method, and in the analysis phase, Frequency Analysis and Cross Tables were used. According to the findings, it has been determined that there is a significant difference between the taxpayers' perspective on tax, and there is no general acceptance of tax on the basis of taxpayers.
